The nose reveals this typical exotic fruit paired with a fine spiciness. Clear and elegant on the palate, yet powerful with plenty of persistence. Its fresh acidity brings the minerality from the diverse soil components of this classified site to the fore. At the same time, the minerality buffers the acidity somewhat. With this wine, we prefer to recommend roasted fish and pasta.
